Mitrais offers a three month induction program for new graduates upon joining. The program prepares new graduates pursuing a career as a professional software engineer, and provides an opportunity to learn new technologies. The first two months of the program are designed to learn about SWEBOK (the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge), introduction to project management, English, presentation skills and of course hard programming skills. The final month is used to apply these new skills in real-life project simulation. The induction program consists of 520 hours of class room training and trial project development.

In 2007, the Graduate Program has graduated 60 software engineers and more graduates in year 2008 at 83 Software Engineer.

In 2009, our first Induction Course is on 22nd June 2009. In the search of the ideal candidates we are scheduling a series of recruitment road show listed below. Interested candidates may join in our technical test (paper and pencil test) and shortlisted candidates will proceed with an interview.
