Safety Engineer
Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all assigned PSM ( Process Safety Management ) element projects are delivered on time and achieved desired goals and objectives.
  • To conduct engineering precautions and mitigation for hazard reduction and elimination.
  • To carry out hazard identification and evaluation, perform the concepts of hazard prevention, control through comprehensively reviewing and evaluating various aspects and identify potential emergency situations based on type of operation, equipments, processes, personnel activities, surrounding environment, modes of transportations and security.
  • To conduct qualitative and quantitative hazard analysis using appropriate methods such as Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) , Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
  • To prepare periodical as well as supplementary companys report to government institution ( KLH, Bapedalda ) and to Heineken and participate in the new major projects reviews.
  • Continuously monitoring departmental / individual HSE objectives, Key Performance Indicators, plans and participate in company wide HSE program to demonstrate fully HSE commitment to meet company HSE objectives.

Requirements:

  • University graduate (S1) from Engineering, preferably Master from Safety Management.

Objectives:

    To achieve the targeted production volume under his supervision in line with the procedure and norms on quantity and quality at the most efficient way by good planning, organizing, controlling all resources in packaging section.

Responsibility:

  • Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the packing section.
  • Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality

  • Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machines

Objectives:
